There are many Surrey based sound hire companies about but we believe in being different & offering that little more than your usual rental company…. So how do we do this? Well first off is we do always like to try & talk face to face at our warehouse or at least over the phone to fully understand what it is your looking to hire or trying to achieve.
You might just be looking for something very simple, quick & easy for your wedding in a marquee, well that’s fine & we stock many of these systems but at the same time its always best to listen to what is needed first as it may turn out that you would also need a radio mic which in turn would mean your need to hire a desk and so it goes on.
Too often we are called on the day of somebodies event asking if we can supply extra kit as the first sound company they went to hasn’t supplied what is needed. This is very common when live bands are playing at your venue or you have booked a DJ who requires certain equipment to be able to play / preform. If the technical ‘’riders’’ aren’t met then sometimes your acts just simply aren’t able to play – Don’t take the risk! If you do have band or DJ playing we are happy to talk with them direct making sure no stone goes unturned.
A simple speaker system allowing you to play music of your laptop or IPhone or IPod (in fact any music source with a headphone socket) This speaker package is great for smaller events where you up to 100 party guests. We do recommend adding a active sub if you using this system in a marquee or if the music your playing is bass heavy.
Each speaker is 800w and are active which means the amp is fitted into the back so you don’t need to worry about speaker cables running everywhere. Both speakers can be setup in less than 5mins.
This speaker system is based around the speaker package 1 but is more suited to live bands whom need to hire a PA system for an event. Very popular with weddings where band equipment needs to be supplied & your artist(s) isn’t bring their own sound system. This sound system comes complete with mixing desk, microphones & cabling along with speaker stands & of course some helpful advice from us.
All of our speaker system can be picked up from us from the warehouse or also offer delivery & setup for a small charge making your life a little easier on the day of your event.

So to start with your get a PA system which can easily cover 250 guests, a smart looking DJ booth to hide all those speaker cables & then top of the range Pioneer DJ equipment ohh and like most DJ’s they will ask for a DJ speaker monitor so we also include one of these as well.
The DJ equipment is based on the Pioneer CDJ2000 and DJM900 setups we stock & will meet any technical rider you get or requests from your DJ. The sound system is a RCF based PA system & is very clear at very high sound levels. The DJ booth we supply can be supplied in black or white but the white DJ booths can be fitted with a LED uplighter inside to change the overall colour of the booth & we don’t charge for this.
Please remember all of the speaker package’s we offer can be supplied with delivery & setup and all equipment is changeable so if you need something else just ask & we are very confident we will stock it plus remember we also hold a huge hire stock of lighting & special effects so maybe pop on down to the warehouse & see what we have to offer

Although our company name is Speaker Hire Surrey we stock in house a massive stock of lighting, special effects & staging.
